In the vulnerability results it should give you the port and protocol. If it is it is most likely a web server and we need the web server to provide better information. I cross verified on multiple incidents with same closed scenario's.
I can recommend a public tool we use that will fix the OS but that will not fix every application on all ports. In each case I would recommend you apply a change and re-test to be sure that your change does not break an application; we have had this happen in some cases.
